Shipping Method:
Wedding Band Outlet offers 2-3 days insured shipping provided by USPS or FedEx.
Shipping takes place within 48 business hours (Monday- Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. PST) of your cleared payment.
All items are insured for their full value and your tracking number is provided by email.
In most cases deliveries are made within 2 business days (excluding Saturday & Sunday).
Designer and Special Order Rings: Shipping is usually within 7 business days (may take up to 2 weeks).
Online Orders:
Currently we can only take and fulfill online (website) orders from customers who:
* are paying in U.S dollars.
* are requesting delivery within the United States.
P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses:
We are currrently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses in anyway.
Over Night / Saturday:
If you need your wedding rings delivered to you a.s.a.p. please contact us by phone in advance. Different shipping rates will apply in these cases.

Wedding Band Outlet is proud to offer FREE insured shipping on any purchase of 2 or more wedding bands.
Sales Tax:
Wedding Band Outlet is based in Los Angeles, CA and is doing business in all 50 states.
We are required by law to collect and remit sales tax for California residents.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with the ring?
A: Wedding Band Outlet offers you a 7 day satisfaction guarantee.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased item, we will refund 100% of your money excluding any shipping costs. Items must be returned in exactly the same shape and color in which they were delivered. Any evidence of wear and tear or tampering of bought items may result in Wedding Band Outlet not refunding your money, and returning the item to you.
Q: What should I do in order to be qualified for a refund?
A: In order to be qualified for a refund, you must contact us in advance to receive a RMA number.
You also must ship the item back within 2 business days from receiving the RMA number.
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Refunds may take up to 7 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
