What is Comfort Fit Wedding Band?
Comfort Fit wedding rings have a slightly curved interior for a more comfortable wear. Comfort fit wedding rings usually have a thicker girth than the Half Round (classic) wedding ring.
What is a Half Round Wedding Band?
Half Round Rings are probably the most traditional rings out there.
Half Round usually has a flat inner surface – also known as ‘Traditional Fit’.
What is a Milgrain Wedding Bands?
Milgrain is an additional decoration on the edges of the outside surface of the ring to add an elegant touch to the classic settings.
What is the difference between 14K and 18K gold?
Pure gold, 24K, is too soft for ring manufacturing. Therefore, manufacturers use alloys to strengthen the ring and match it to the desired color. Manufacturers that follow the industry standard mix 58.3% Pure Gold for 14K (14/24 ~ 0.58) and 75% Pure Gold for 18K (18/24 = 0.75). The majority of wedding rings purchased in the U.S. are 14K.
How long does it take you to ship an item?
It usually takes up to 48 hours (excluding Sunday) to ship your purchased item to your door.

What if I am not satisfied with my ring?
Wedding Band Outlet offers you a 14 day satisfaction guarantee.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased item, we will refund your money excluding any shipping costs. See next question about qualifying for a refund.

What should I do to be qualified for a refund?
In order to be qualified for a refund, you must contact us in advance to receive a RMA number.
You also must ship the item back within 2 business days from receiving the RMA number.
(Items must be returned in exactly the same shape and color in which they were delivered. Any evidence of wear and tear, or tampering of bought items may result in Wedding Band Outlet not refunding your money, and returning the item to you.)
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds may take up to 7 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
