If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased item, we will refund 100% of your money excluding any shipping costs.
Items must be returned in exactly the same shape and color in which they were delivered.
Any evidence of wear and tear, or tampering of bought items may result in Wedding Band Outlet
not refunding your money, and returning the item to you.

Q: What should I do in order to be qualified for a refund?

A: In order to be qualified for a refund, you must contact us in advance to receive
a RMA number.
You also must ship the item back within 2 business days from
receiving the RMA number.
